Guys if you got banned do not panick, they will and should fix that, others that are not banned do not play solo raids, in fact to be safe do not play any modes, this should get fixed ASAP
Hey Sigvald, been watching for a while as I’ve been on and off the game for 3 years+ and I just got my account perma banned after getting unusual gameplay detected bug in solo raids.. do you know if there is anyone I can talk to as the email support team is a joke
I emailed them and they said that they will not reactivate my account. They said I cheated, utilized an exploit, and/or modified game files ? They took my money and now made this shit up and closed my account. They are a joke
Do not spend a dollar on this game. I spent $100 on a character and gears ect, the next day they suspended my account. I haven’t been able to log in again. Stole my money.
Theres a new wave of (false) account suspensions and bans. Perhaps you can make a video about it. My 90mil TTV account just got banned for no reason.
