Another great video! Can’t wait for the next system test!
New system test coming next week!
Keep up the work! I know it’s stressful getting a job, but you dont have to upload every week or smth. If you enjoy your job then i’d say awesome!
Very good demonstration! Sprinklers are a unique technology.
Awesome Video!

Nice video
Nice
Nice music, lol!
Cool
I'm surprised it took so much heat to set that one off. I've always known how they work, but decided to look it up, because I've seen some of them go off so fast with so little heat that I figured they had to be designed different. Had me wondering if they were using wax or something low temperature like that. (or things like bismuth or gallium, but there are also some alcohols that boil at just above room temperature and upwards from there that could be tuned in to a specific temperature). The thing I wonder most about though is seeing sprinklers like this going off from smoke and not heat. I've seen a couple occasions where a cloud of low temperature/warm smoke set off the sprinklers when there just shouldn't have been enough heat for them to go off.
if i'm not mistaken, you can use a 12V water pump to generate the pressure for these sprinkler head tests, merely for visual demonstrations obviously.
Cool I got sprayed with one of them
It's a great thing fire sprinklers are rewuried ks basically all new buildings
Child hood me be putting my mouth on that thing
Ok
:)
bro I want to work fire system ,can you give me some advice or tips!
I see fire sprinkler everywhere
we had fire alarm yesterday night
What is the liquid inside
Hey SER, quick question. Is it true that some systems can monitor these, and be triggered if one is set off?
Yes it's called a flow switch. It detects the change of pressure in the water line triggering a relay that sets the fcp in to alarm.
@@serialshitposter186 That’s actually kinda cool when you think about it. I always thought someone had to pull it to activate it.
@@Clutch_Gameplays yeah. Buy honestly, i hope there are more sensitive sprinklers, because a fire mostlikely always starts on or around the floor so when the flames actually hit a sprinkler it's already late. And yes i know sprinklers are for extra help.
@@serialshitposter186 It’s not the flame that starts the sprinkler it’s the heat that it produces. If it gets hot enough, it will go off, whether the flame is near it or not.
@@Clutch_Gameplays yeah i formulated it wrong but yes, i'd still imagine it could take a while. I'd say it be better if it was some sort of smoke activation.
