I'm so glad you noticed this, Bollywood has an obsession with fair skin/white people (I blame the colonizers that once lived there) and I'd say like 98% of the times you will notice that the background dancers are white which I think is so unfair. There's so many talented people out there, especially in their own country, but they rarely give them a chance, it's quite disappointing

It’s because theres A LOT of white europeans that come to india to dance in bollywood so you can get them cheap. Also, the white girls tend to be more comfortable wearing revealing clothing and doing more sexual choreo than the indian girls.
