Jon Lilygreen & The Islanders will be representing Cyprus in Eurovision 2010 with this song "Life Looks Better In Spring".
Welsh born performer, Jon Lilygreen will be joined by The Islanders who will try and beat Cyprus' best result, fifth place, which has been reached three times before; 1982, 1997 and 2004.
The song has been written and composed by Nasos Lambrianides & Melis Konstantinou and will be performed in English.

OK Guys You Are Fighting About Cyprus Being Greek Well Cyprus Is Split in half Half is Turkish And The Other Half Is Greek At Least Thats What I Learned In Geography Class.
@Tianuax İn Turkish the top half of the islan is k.k.t.c wich in english means north turkish republic of cyprus. And not illegally there was a war the turkish won thats it they didn't invade

@alyel97 Its neither Greek nor Turkish. People speak Greek with different pronunciation. Turkey invaded and illegally occupied the half of the island. Apart from your geography class you should learn some history as well..

twisted history - again. Cyprus was never 'greek' it just had some settlements on it that were built by people who came from the area that is now called Greece. Read a history book that wasn't written by a Greek.
It really is a very nice song...but it doesn't have potential..sorry to tell that, don't wanna be mean or anything...just my opinion.

Ahahaha! you must be Turkish. Look pal , from what I read from countless books the Turkish invaded the island with the 'motive' the coup that occurred at Greece that time. And to do that they had to buy Cyprus (as it was a product or something..-.-) from the English ppl.. Lol.. a war they won.. They never wanted war, their Geographical position was only against them.. Sheesh!!
