Queen of the Murder Scene is the title track from the Album of the same name. Do not let the ages of the band at the time fool you. The musical talent leads to an almost magical ability to convey emotion with sound pictures and the stunning vocals. Once the full story of the main character is known to the listener, how Dani and Pau sing different aspects of her personality I found the emotional impact greater than any piece of music in any genre I have ever heard. I am 57. One slight warning is that if you are carrying your own trauma from past relationships listening and understanding the Album may trigger some really powerful surging emotions. So give yourself time to listen to it and time after to decompress and recover from it. I am not kidding here. Q.O.T.M.S scene is an utter master piece work of poetic, musical and emotional genius. There is an acoustic version of the song "Crimson Queen" [track number2] (Dani guitar pickup battery dies) and her and Pau sing with no instruments. I simply cannot find the words to describe the haunting beauty and aching sadness that Dani (main vocals) and Pau (high backing) bring with their voices. You can feel also the intense love that the main character is experiencing. Intensity as a word does not quite go far enough, only hearing the song will be enough. When the main character goes off the rails, the songs take a dark, majestic rock and roll turn, and Ale's deep atmospheric bass is so important, and so, so good. Its a pure delight musically but the emotions continue to surge. You must listen to this Album, it is so unique.
What can I say. At your girl's age. You sound like you've been together for 20 years. I'm so proud of you then and i'm so proud of you now. You were already stars right then, you probably didn't know it. And now look where you're at. WOW, I love It.😎🤟🎶🔥❤️❤️❤️
Ale with the crunchy, attitude bass lines. Pau with the whalloping of the kit as usual. Dany with the "stankface" during her solo. What the hell else could one ask for?
They can play for my birthday..would like to hear if Dany remembers my last name from the Live not to long ago. It took the guys three tries doing the interview to get it right. LoL!
This song is incredibly beautiful! The instrumental arrangements are dense and precise. The way Daniela sometimes solos over her beautiful voice while Alejandra leaves the drums behind and travels with Dani soloing the bass lines and creating an impressively beautiful melodic line is astonishing. When we imagine that this work of art came from a concept album that they composed when they were teenagers (before they turned 18/16 and 13 years old) it only leaves us more amazed!!! Astonished but also very happy to be witnessing a phenomenon that had not appeared on the world music scene for many decade .
60 years old, and this has become my all-time favorite hard rock video. An hour ago I raved about them to my oldest brother, who was essentially my musical guide in the early days. He knew what I meant when I mentioned "Alejandra, the bass player...we're talkin' Geezer Butler level!" (Oldest brother introduced me to Black Sabbath when I was about 7)
As a musician myself, I can tell you it's hard to sing and play at the same time, an this young Lady, Dani, I think makes it look easy, they all do for that matter, I'm blown away by these young ladies, they should become huge!
The Warning will go on to do great things, but Queen of the Murder Scene is a towering classic album. Queenryche's Operation Mindcrime and Queen of the Murder Scene are nice bookends in my collection. Both are amazing and compelling albums.
Abso freaking lutely. Absolutely count Rush and Chevelle in my favorite bands too along with the Warning. For me, add Muse to that, though they have a fourth touring member. Meanwhile, I sometimes go back to the Foo Fighters, who I also love and Dave Grohl is the man, but they are up to six members now......and sometimes I find their music a little boring....more guitarists is often not the answer.
@@stevesimpson7566 to me they also remind me of Triumph. Don't know how many know of them, but they were big in the 80s! A guitar/singer, a drummer/singer and an amazing bass player.
@@mountainousterrain1704 Emmett was one of my inspirations when I was a snot-nosed kid LOL Indeed, Dany could hang with Emmett as a guitarist/singer. Loved him back in the day and love Dany now! Up The Warning!
Musically, this is one of my favorite songs on the album - that main riff is so good! So perfectly twisted and malevolent! And of course, there's Ale just doing Ale stuff; by which I mean, delivering one of the most gorgeous and flawlessly-executed basslines of all time. And narratively: this album places great significance on who sings what line. The fact that Pau - who consistently is the voice of the Queen's conscience throughout the album - is only heard in isolation here singing _kill, kill, kill_ is genuinely disturbing. As if she's been so consumed by the Darkness that even her conscience can do nothing but fall to bloodlust.

Ojala pueda verlas. Saludos!
Dany is certainly one of the Guitar greats of the last 20 years if not longer!
Pau's drum koruso! Ale's insane bass line! Dani's solo! The Warning genial band!
Yeeeees!!
The instrumental work in this song is superb, badass bass, super solid drums and very menacing guitar, niiiice.
The energy in this song is OFF THE CHARTS!!! The guitar solo, the pounding drums, the thundering bass, all of it!
this beats every teen band by a mile. Hands down!!!
INCREIBLES TEMAZOS
OMFG I can't believe these are the same girl's I saw on Ellen a few year's ago?! 😮 Wow I am amazed! The lead guitar and drums was always on point but the bass just blew me away! Wow!!! 🤘😎🤘You girls kick ass...
Ace Delhi that Spector has really changed the sound of the band, and for the better. 🤘🏻
@@roywall8169 who is spector?
GAMMA INDIGO REBELLION 33 sorry, my statement was a bit ambiguous. Ale is playing a Spector bass now. They are known for having a distinctive, low end growl. 😀🤘🏻
@@healer426 Stuart Spector - is the visionary and namesake behind Spector basses. Spector basses have been played by top bassists the world over these past 40+ years. Famous bassists having used Spectors (past and present) include: Sting, Mike Starr (AIC), Ed Jackson (Queensryche), Alex Webster (Cannibal Corpse), Rachel Bolan (Skid Row), and now of course, Alejandra Villarreal! \m/
@@roywall8169 You got that right, Roy! Plus, Ale is such an impressive bassist, she could play on plywood and rubber band strings and make it sing!
If you close your eyes from 2:52-3:20 and listen you hear Geddy, Alex and Neil! Dan that solo part sounds like a Alex Lifeson lick👌
Love these girls. So refreshing to see such talent.
@ez0950 I made my comment, then scrolled down and saw yours. I wasn't copying you. I guess gr8 minds think alike. ;D
This is just great! Those bass lines from Ale..Wow. Dany the Superstar and Pau breaking the wall behind :) ❤️🤘🇫🇮❤️🤘🇫🇮❤️🤘🇫🇮
What can I say, OMG!!! Yor are my favorite band. You're so diverse, intense and professionally dedicated. Stay true to your music. Don't get caught up in the fame. God bless you and keep you safe.
can i just say what you said, from me, without saying it?
las felicitooooooo desde argentinaaaaaaa graciasssss x seguir el metalll incorporo a mi hijo gracias gracias chicasss
After more than one year and a half, I still can't pick up my favourite song from this album. The only other album that makes almost impossible for me to choose a favourite song is Use your Illusion II, but in that case I just have a doubt about 2 songs, not a dozen!!
Fellas this is hardcore! What talent. What Great Composers. I’m really starting to think that we are talking like Rush and how tight this band is. Everything is so on the line. Everyone is
where they are supposed to be.
Love the guitar riffs on this song. And sweet solo. Too short though.
I love their music but the thing that excites me so much and I hope it never changes is the fact that they are so professional on stage and just 3 young girls once they leave it. They seem too grounded to let fame overly affect them. We will soon see.
