- Apply the juice of 1 lemon on head
- Cut the lemons into halves keeping on left shoulder, right shoulder, right knee, left knee.
- Hang the other lemons to a tree in burrial ground.
- Repeat this tantra on every amavasya and poornima days till the patient gets relief.
