168 million in debt from USBTC goes to Hut 8 after the merger. Thanks Jamie. Why not purchase new generations miners financed by a loan backed by your hodl? This would eliminate dilution and your debt would not end so high. This is not a merger of equals. Hut 8 is bailing out USBTC.
I’ve never liked this deal and will hate it more when we get the prospectus and proxy to vote . Why would you domicile to the US considering the anti crypto sentiment down there ? At least HUT 8 has over 9000 BTC on the books , what does USBTC have but a bunch of debt legal issues . Leverton and company are ruining HUT 8 .

Three of my FOUR miners died all at once. They are saying it's a miner issue and not a facility issue. They want $400/each to repair with no timeline. I have two miners that are months behind schedule with no information on delivery, and I expect when they are delivered I'll deal with this same issue again. DO NOT MINE WITH THIS COMPANY!
We bought a 6 miner bundle last year, miners going dead and/or underhashing all the damn time. We just paid them another $1200 extortion fee to have the miners shipped back to us and we still have no miners and they are trying to charge us for hosting in new month and also assessing late fees 😂It is time to file a lawsuit and contact the FTC about this ponzi scheme of a company
So the 6,400 machines were never moved to Texas? So they are lying to investors. They put out news released they were moving them but never did. Smoke and mirrors. No trust. I am a bag holder. Jaime is a poor CEO. Maybe we need a chance to someone who knows how to execute and grow.
