I have a problem with cache I think, I clear the collection when getting out of the screen and when I come back to create a new item, the previous are still there, any tips on this?

If you are saving in a collection and navigating the screen then try clearing the collection..

if the checkbox is not checked, the submit button should be degrade

you can do this in the button Enable property - if countrows(collection(x))>0, enable, disable) - similar logic
