hi! thanks for your easy to follow tutorial! i finally was able to do a first test on using infusible marker/pen mug press project! the only issue i had was after it was done drawing which turned out awesome btw! was it didnt cut the paper template. what did i do wrong? i did see that your video was showing multiple on the operation section. mine just showed pen. So cute - all three of them - I really like the lavender one - kind of herb looking - I think a set of 3-4 mugs with herbs would be cute and write the name of the herb below - one more thing to add to my list - loving this
Super cute idea. After watching your video I was curious does anyone know the time and temp if you have a regular mug press? I don’t have a cricut press. And if you mentioned it in the video and I missed it. My apologies. Once I get some paper I will try this out.
My colors came out very faint on the flowers…should I press it a second time with the Cricut mug press? Or is it the laser copy paper? Thank you so much. I’ve learned a lot from your videos 🤗
I have ruined three mugs using a marker for text. It is far too wide and makes the letters run together even though it is a writing font called The Skinny. Can you tell me what font was used on the first mug, please?
I’m waiting on my Cricut Joy to arrive but the more of these videos I watch I’m a little intimidated because there are so many steps. Does Cricut have a manual for this program? You do a great job explaining the steps and why you need to do a step, very helpful so thank you for your videos, they are very helpful.
I don’t know of a manual but be sure to check out my Cricut Joy playlist, I have 100 videos on the Joy and watching demonstrations is really one of the best ways to become familiar with it!
Any tips on how to get the copy paper to not tear when removing from the mat. I of course lifted my mat from my paper by flipping it but even with the light grip mat it was too sticky and ripped the paper
I have seen this done and it's so beautiful! I personally am really hesitant towards it for a couple reasons: 1. I think I heard it is not recommended, and 2. the infusible ink markers are really pricey in my opinion, and I worry that having them write on an ink transfer sheet will potentially ruin them or ruin their color since the ink on the transfer sheet would be mixing or rubbing onto the marker. I am not saying I won't try it eventually, but that I am currently a little hesitant. :)
