The Ford F-150 Raptor is now on its 3rd generation, and Ford has a huge head start in the Baja off-road performance truck segment. The Gen 2 Raptor was such a great all around truck, this update is just improving on what is the best in the segment. We now have the RAM TRX, which brings more power, performance and noise, but the Ford is still more well rounded in my opinion. Enjoy this vlog of my week living with the new Ford F-150 Raptor!

The only negative thing with daily driving a raptor is parking and going through drive through's and this is the only thing making me have doubts buying it ... great videos my guy keep up 👍🏽🙏🏽
It’s challenging..but doable haha. Will you use the off road capabilities?
I love that you’re from here because people really think LA traffic bad 😂 when ours is horrible and it’s always construction 😂😂
Chicago is just always under construction lol
I got to see a code orange Raptor in person when I was picking mine up. The dealership had just got a '22 in code orange on same truck mine came on. I'm not an orange guy typically, but gotta say it looks great on the new Raptor. The new exhaust sound and improved interior are my favorite parts of the gen 3s though
Agreed! It definitely is cool
The upcoming Raptor R will solve the only real complaint about the current Raptor. No V8 engine and exhaust rumble. Thanks to the TRX it’s coming! You gotta love competition.
Agreed! Can’t wait for that one
Thanks for keeping it straight and honest. I see that it isa real headache in city. I guess the vehicle would be having a lot of body roll too?
Thank you for bringing it into the city! I live close to DC and wanted to see how it would do in parking garages and cramped parking spots. How much clearance did you have overhead?
Very little in most structures. It's a bit stressful lol
Thanks for the information nice drive and beautiful color on it. I was wondering if I should get one and this video really helped me out thank you
Excellent overview. Thank you.
A struggle that I’ll happily endure
ESSA MAQUINA É SUREAL, EU VOU TER A MINHA.
What was the height of those parking garages? Considering one of these vehicles and was wondering that exact thing. What the lowest height garage you could enter
I’m trying to get a Ranger Raptor and besides price, the size of F150 is why I’m choosing the Ranger over the F150 Raptor.
It is astounding that Ford's design team hasn't figured out that analog gauges are clearer and easier to read than digital!!! Someone slap those boys upside their heads and tell them to look at Porsche and how they do it! The best designs are already out their and all they have to do is to copy it and Ford still can't figure it out!!!
keep these vids up!
Another great video. Being one of the few people who have had seat time in c8 Z06 and an owner of a R8 V10 I have a question. I was lucky enough to snag an early reservation spot for a Z06 but I've been having second thoughts. I've been tempted with getting a 991.2tt, 991.1 GT3, R8 V10, or just keep my 997tt instead. Do you think there is a new or used car that will deliver a better driving experience off and on the track for under $150k than a Z06?
I think the z06 is going to be the best sounding, well rounded and capable sports car for under $150k. Especially with the increase in prices of everything else you’ve mentioned. I personally still plan on trying to add a Z06!
Do you think it’s better than the trx
I talk about this in the video haha.
Is it good on gas?
Given that it has 700hp and it’s a truck…still no lol. Expect sub 10 mpg if you’re having fun.
Is this a re-upload?
Nope
Would you pick a R1T or the Raptor 37PP as your overall daily?
I'm in between the two.
Hm. Very different options. Are you gonna hit the sand dunes or mostly around town driving? Is space a concern where you live? Raptors are a bit gigantic for cities and parking.
@@EddieX I do casual off roading, some road trips, average about 24k miles/year due to work (They pay for fuel ;) )
I live in Southern California, parking isnt a big issue, obviously if I go to LA it'll be a bit trickier but the most part I feel like its manageable. I'm extremely close to your bff "Max" just to give reference with the space(still listening to the podcast with him and Parker while typing this haha)
Also super cool that you responded so fast!
@@user-tj6ht4hl2jgood old max powers hahaha
I think I’d want the Raptor for now, their also might be a R1T refresh coming after their recent launches.
Plus even with the miles Raptors hold value quite well. New gen is a great daily truck too.
That being said I haven’t spent a ton of time with the R1T, I will be driving an R1S for a week later this month tho!
@@EddieXGood to know, I appreciate it bud!
Does this have a 360 cam?
Yes
