We bought this unit and absolutely love every part of the design. Have not wanted to change anything. The folding bed is not an issue at all, when you are laying on the bed you cant even tell. The fold in stairs are way better than the cheap steal ones. We chose this one because it didn't have the basically useless dinette table that seats 2 people. I love the chairs in the kitchen at the bar area. I use it as a work station. sometime I will sit there and eat. Both couches fold out into queen beds that are very comfortable with room to walk in between them. We had 6 adults in the camper last weekend and we didn't feel cramped or crowded at all. We have friends with campers and they all love our 2019 and the floor plan. The kitchen is huge wit a lot of useful counter space. Plenty of storage as well with the large pantry and drawers bellow all counters. 100% No regrets!
Just was looking at this model and I agree that fold up mattress would be and issue maybe they need to make the slide out for the a little bit deeper to accommodate a normal mattress.But what I was thinking if they did the front kitchen layout a bit differently. For instance, place the stove on the opposite wall/ slide then you could put upper cabinets on either side above the stove with exhaust fan above.They would be able to put a u-boat or euro style booth dinette on the other side with a nice window you would gain a seating area for more guests and you could add storage under the seating even. Heck even a fold out table with added extension and four chairs! I don't know anyone that needs that much cabinet space in their kitchen. Plenty of room for an optional wine refrigerator also.

I love this floor plan .I also don't need a dish washer. The couch in the slide by the door... I'd rather have a desk for a work space/office area.Can the slides not have carpet? I have grand kids and 3 Teacup Chihuahua's. Carpet and those don't mix :(
Nice excellent counter space in the kitchen, but they needed to flip the door around and have that in the master bedroom instead of over the toilet for the washer dryer somebody's going to break that toilet I guarantee it. Would rather have a nice shoe shaped dinette in there than the island kitchen and then that way you could have a dishwasher also
The Residential Refrigerator does not work off propane. It works only on electric. The camper does come with an inverter that will take the battery power and change it to electric so you can use that when driving down the road.
Aww crap!! I was loving this rv. It was perfect until u showed the flip in half mattress in the bedroom, That's the deal breaker . If I can't sleep on the mattress with the slides in there's no point in owning it. Also the kitchen island sink, no spot for a dish rack. Other then that, it's perfect. I'll keep searching, I know I'll find something sooner or later.
Deal breaker for me is that heater vent beside the toilet. That is so gross. Why in the world do these rv builders do that? We all know what gets in there.

NO, That's the disadvantage of a Residential Refrigerator you can use propane to run it when you are boondocking.

Hi Peg. They do have an option for a gas/electric refrigerator. It's much smaller than the residential one. Its a 9 cu ft version.

It would be nice to put the sink on the opposite side long cabinet right below the window.
Also climbing over the toilet to get to the washer and dryer combo or stack model, a bad layout. I love my 2014 Grand Design Solitude 369RL.
