We got an Unexpected Guest: Deer Trapped in Hog Trap! Watch the Rescue!
When I was at the gym this morning I got an alert that a deer had been trapped in one of our hog traps. We had all the traps locked open so animals could move in and out freely but after reviewing photos from the previous days I noticed the raccoons dislodged it. Getting a deer out of a hog trap was a first for me and I thought it would be easy, boy was I wrong.
I did get the opportunity to use my drown to confirm there was a doe inside. This drown is going more useful than I imagined.
