I never really liked them as a couple. But the characters were spot on. I felt my childhood coming to life with this movie. The actors did a KILLER job.
@@carolina27198 oh okay! ik they argued a lot, but personally i think that kinda helped their relationship towards the end considering now they have disliked each other and liked each other. idk if thats dumb but yep.
My issue with the movie portrayal as opposed to the book is the lack of enemies to lovers that made them interesting. Tagatha was my favourite part of the first book. I get that they tried to make Tedros more morally correct which I could get behind to a certain degree (some of the things he says and does in the books is off-putting and problematic) but by taking away his flaws they made him very bland. The whole point of his character was that because of his very overlooked childhood trauma, he has trouble trusting people especially women because his mother left. Her abandonment was the catalyst for everyone essentially leaving him. So the reason he fell in love with Sophie initially is because she looked like and followed what "a good princess" is supposed to be. This made him trust her. The whole series is about him overcoming his prejudices (which for some reason the writer didn't always deliver on) and slowly learning to see behind appearances and getting over his mistrust of women. Him and Agatha were rivals, often competing for Sophie's attention, and went from full on hating and mistrusting eachother to having such wholesome crushes on eachother. The movie made them very boring in my opinion. I'm not surprised people ship Sophie and Agatha instead, although Sophie was downright insufferable in the books and treated her HORRIBLY. Soman. Plus, y'know, the third book. Anyway they could've improved Tagatha and added more scenes and took away Tedros' less questionable scenes but alas.
Tbh tedros has no personality lol he got nothing to do in the movie bruh! Rafal and Sophie felt so real damn! The last kiss was so like feel the moment but Tedros even killed gegor and no guilt lol
@@kayceemorgan3838 doesn't matter tho Sophia Caruso was so young and she strongly portrayed the character Sophie 🔥 from good to evil she slayed it and stole the show
i love the series, character development for sophie, tagatha becomes stronger, rafal and his sons finally are out. i really wish the movie was a series.
Literally hope they're able to be together.... SPOILER It is for shadowed that Agatha will break his heart when she tells Sophie that his father had got his heart broken and something happened to him I forgot what exactly 😅, which if you've seen the end might have turned him evil
I adore the fact that Sophie never stopped calling Agatha aggie even in her blood magic phase.
omg ur right i didn’t even noticed !
I wish we got more chemistry between her and Tedros 😭
they will have more in the next sequels, they become a really good couple over the course of the books ☺️❤️
At least we got more than the books lmao
ikr he has no personality
Same I really needed that
I absolutely LOVE the fact that Tedros shoots arrows Na'vi style 😭😭
Did the actor shoot two movies at the same time or in between?

have you read the books yet? i think that shows them as a better couple than in the movie, but your opinion!

Tagatha is my otp and I loved how many scenes they had in the film

It's truth 🤣🤣🤣 but they improve a lot in the other books
Sophie is a minor prob 15-16 and Rafal is an old man. It was disgusting. And let’s not forget the manipulation.

I was so sad when she slapped him, course I thought he wouldn’t like she anymore but then I screamed when he said that he loves her ❤
Matt Furnish and Gina Porter!! 😭❤️
i love sofia wylie
im ngl the movie didnt include so many important events in the book like the circus of talents for example. it was underwhelming imo :/
They didn't add Agatha's "I've been beautiful all along" scene.
Yea! This is the milestone that Tedros and Agatha become a couple. And their relationship is very important in the other sequels.
It's a movie thts the thing it's better if it would've been a series but then again it's Netflix so thy would've not continue the series so huh

He was in the book. But I feel like the casting for the movie was still fireee. Their personalities were spot on.
Everyone was casted solely on their performance as the character. And I’m pretty sure the actor didn't wanna dye his hair blonde.
😏🤔
If I hadn’t read the books, ngl I would’ve wanted Agatha and Sophie to end up as a couple
Elas duas como um casal ficaria bem interresante, ia sair do clichê que costumamos ver. E o beijo ia ficar muito mais legal.
