Bro idk I’ve been in my feels since my first therapy session and it was literally just general information (basically what i was struggling with and wanted out of it) and I nearly cried trying to talk about wanting to be feel like I can communicate with my mom it was maybe two sentences and constantly being bullied but I feel like I’m being weak about it. Like it wasn’t even an actual session and I was almost in tears.
