Very useful videos to refer back too Alex. Especially after not racing for so long with everything going on. Would you be able to do a Tyre Warmer guide. Temps to use and is it just for drying the additive or keep them on till you get to the track and take them off last minute?
I might try and do that in the future! At least for cold air and track temps, you will want to keep your warmers on until as late as possible before the start of your run. I mostly use paper tissues/kimwipes inside the warmers to soak up the excess fluid of the additive, that way I don't start the run with wet tires, and I also don't have to worry about wiping them off.
Hi Alex, I've been trying LG2. I apply it, leave it for around 10 mins, then 5 mins before race I wipe excess off and put the warmers on. Once I take the warmers off the tires still feel oily and not grippy like I would like. What am I doing wrong?

hi Alex, when do you know your tires are done and it’s time to get a new set of tires?
It depends, physically they're done when you can see the belt through the rubber. But the best performance is usually gone long before that.
Thank you for making these video. What temp due set on your tire warmer
Highly surface and tire dependent! But my starting point is 60 deg C.
Do you know where to buy the Trinity tire tweak in Europe? Is there a good substitute available?
Seems to be out of stock everywhere! Try HUDY Asphalt Gripper or MR33 V3 Asphalt instead!
@@hagberg Thanks Alex!
Is the nosram one good?
Their asphalt one is pretty good, and is comparable to Trinity Tire Tweak!

If the tires feel greasy/oily, I recommend using paper tissues in the tire warmers to soak up the excess additive.
