This is my first time actually hearing any of his side of life and all I can say is respect.
Co-dependency is for real at an all time SCARY high. Over the past ten years I've had plenty of roommates but also in a relationship and what has happened every single time I moved in with my girl she'd stop doing everything. The moment we move in together she stops all of that because in her brain it's either now all of that is my responsibility because I should want to help. I cooked, I cleaned, I took the dog and trash out, I paid rent, I paid her car note, I paid for storage.
