I still remember that season. Unbelievable. He was on fire the whole year. Carried that team to the playoffs when they were supposed to be last place.
At his best, he's so fluid. Hopefully he'll rebound to elite status with Boston. Wish him all the best 🙏🙏🙏

Avalanche fans might be the biggest babies around. Nathan MacKinnon is a great player who had a great year but what Taylor Hall did this year, especially after January 1st was some of the most dominant hockey I've ever seen by a forward. He literally carried an entire team on his back. Get over it already Hall was the mvp fair and square. He did more and at the very least as much with less. MacKinnon has the talent to be in the mvp race for the next 10 seasons but this was not his year. Sorry, but seriously get over it.

My boi! Been a Devils fan for as long as I can remeber but I never reflected over the fact that they never had a player who won the hart trophy, they have always been more of a "team" then just one guy (Marty asside but he could never win the scoring race) and that's why I cheered for them but now I really appriciate what Hall has done for the team.

Where is that Taylor Hall? So many team changes make it hard to be consistent. Have any trades except to Boston made sense? He wasn’t given front line opportunity in Boston and became part of THE most embarrassing collapses in hockey history. Just one of the victims of a total freeze up by the overmatched coaching staff in Boston. Hoping he finally returns in Chicago!
Believe that 2017-18 Devils team was the best he played on. Think they made the wild card that year and his only playoff appearance. The structure and support in Boston should bring out the best in him. Great trade. low risk and high reward

Hall was amazing so its not a joke but MacKinnon was more terrifying as a player all season and had more points per game. Not to mention he had the most game winning goals of the year with 12 which is 5 more than Hall. I love hall but the trophy should have gone to MacK.
