Good to see infrabuild/one steel as it used to be known ......has not changed their loading systems ( random stuff in the random spots) I used to pull out of there every day as a subbie Good vids mate
I don’t know if gloves just aren’t made like they used to be or not. I have a pair of rubber gloves for refueling or if it’s wet, and a pair of leather riggers gloves for opening the trailer. I only get about a month out of them before the stitchings coming undone. Sadly it’s a monthly expense along with the log book we have to pay.
Next video I head back up to Townsville bit of a shorter one as I just run up there and back but yeah this week I'll be running south so that's so thing diffrent
Enjoyed your video Brad. Gave us more detail in your day to day adventures 😮. Showed how time can go past when you need to go and get to your next load or drop. Must get frustrating at times.
Thank you Ken and alot of the time the times caps I have are ones I put on myself as that's what I'm used to lol need to get out of that mind frame sometimes
True. The way I see it though is your better off being on time than late. Have never had the opportunity to do what you do so that is the way I see it. I think I’d be like you, get there and get it done. 😊😊😊😊
I really enjoy the video you make it was really enjoyable and I also really do like the western Star you drove and I can't wait to see your next vlog keep on trucking 🚛🚛👍👍🤙🤙
Once again another great video brad. In the experience I've had ive tried many different gloves but riggers seem to be the best The only thing I can recommend is running two pairs. As soon as you sweat or they get wet they turn to chamois. I always try to keep one pair dry
Great one mate.. When you have a trailer of miscellaneous steel for different customers, is it hard to establish what random stew is going to which customer? How do you know? Each restrained differently etc? Or just practice and experience ?
Most of the steel has paint on the ends and that's how you can tell but alot of the time the people I'm delivering to know what they are after so that helps but I'm still learning what's what's and the diffrent types of product they have
Brad has the Swedish XXL Tractor has its day mate and this is your new ride? Another great video safe travels. Are you finding this new company better that the last truck and route wise?
Like your videos from time to time old mate but I don’t run any utbue channels but looking at your views compared to the time out, not bagging mate just a thought maybe change your opinions a little to see what takes of and what’s slow on the table because you must spent a a lot on editing cheers one more thing to your time could be saved to plan out our thoughts way before camera comes on, tell me if I’m wrong
Are you talking in general or are you talking about one particular part of this video? Just for reference. I do try to put some thought into what to say but alot of the time I'm just filming what's going on really but I appreciate the constructive criticism as it helps me grow and make better videos
The joys of truckin'. Waiting around and people changing your plans for you. Thanks for the video and always looking forward to the next one.

Work out of the gyprock factory around the corner at coopers plains always wondered what it would be like to pick up a load at that steel site.
It's pretty easy once you know how to tie it down and what they like to see once you get that down pat it's smooth sailing

Thank you and I'm glad you liked it and yeah I have found them to be a sponge when the get wet lol but they seem to not last as long anymore either
Just blame the cows for not producing a grade quality leather coz it cant be cheap manufacturers 😅

Hi Brad, Try some gardening gloves! Allan
Cheers for that mate I didn't really think they would hold up to the chains and all that
I’m interested in the pros and cons of the Western Star. You haven’t mentioned much about it.
I will have to talk about it alittle more for you 😁👍

Yeah 100% better mate for sure and I think the boss just wanted to get me in this one as it's newer and more reliable
The shower at mt larcom is better Brad
Yeah only problem there is everytime I stop there, it always has a rather big line waiting lol but I have used that one before and it is much better
Yea u gotta jag that one sometimes there’s no one at all next time there’s 30 lol
@djaussie4876 yeah not wrong there lol I honestly think I was only lucky enough to get it once
You don’t use Electronic logbook on your phone
Nah mate I'm still using the book 😁
