Cheers, loved the video and what a winner, talk about leaving it late! It's going to be a very interesting few week's at Borough Briggs, number one priority is a new manager and then whoever is finally appointed will certainly have their work cut out. There's an obvious need to strengthen a struggling defence, Elgin having conceded more goals than any other team in league 2 last season and if that wasn't enough he now has to try and replace Kane Hester. It certainly won't be easy, having money or not, attracting player's this far north is a problem for all the Highland clubs, not just Elgin. Sadly, when you have football player's who also need to work for their living, it throws up several problems, not least the travel arrangements for those player's who live and work further south. So, what does the future hold for Elgin City, well, that will be determined by the decisions and subsequent appointment made by chairman, Graham Tatters in the coming week's. Good luck to all at ECFC and to Kane Hester, once again thanks for coming to BB and for the video.

Aye I can imagine the sheer cost of the travel now makes the player pool so much smaller! I really hope they can replace Hester but as you say the defence is shaky, they really need to shore it up and make BB a fortress next season! I’m not sure how this new conference league will affect things but hopefully it won’t be a case of tumbling down! this is a great video and i really feel sorry for elgin cos they had a lucky escape altho its one of my fave away days, next season i think could be their last in the spfl and its absolutely mental only being up for 23 years and never won promotion to league 1…
