I can relate to this. It reminds me of psalm 88 and psalm 39. The only two psalms in the bible that basically don't have any hope in them. But it's been said that perhaps God still included them in the bible so that we would know that God understands how despondent or even angry we can get when life hurts too much for too long. Perhaps it's still in the bible because God wants us to know that He loves us regardless of how badly we've been hurt or how much we hurt ourselves with our own choices even if the reason we became self-destructive was because of giving into temptations brought about by wounds from other people.
