AIFF cannot make a team win. It is Stimac job. He did not watch one ISL game and selected players on Chhetri's recommendation to keep him happy
If we got good results , if u have not gone with poor strikers like Manvir and Rahim, we feel the way they misses chances against kuwait, do not deserve position against QATAR . If you have tried some new players like parthib, or vikram or the players u selected like edmund n david who have sone better football skills , could have better result , I have not seen players like manveer who never feel the importance of passes in d line , and what we can say about rahim 3rd tine we same missing 1 to 1 chances , I bet if it was Kian nasirri , Imran khan , or parthib or david or vikram , we win, u select same players 4

For those wondering, Stimac already said these stuff in a Croatian podcast 3 years ago. I have the translation with me. He was silent because his job was on the line.
Stimac should not talk again about longer camps because he is the only coach in history of Indian football to get such longer camps.
Secondly, talking about how football is conducted here. Broadcasters are not even giving importance for football broadcast. SonyLiv, Hotstar and other apps prefer to show cricket thumbnails even when PL, SerieA, WorldCup, Euros, are live.
Our national team matches do not have proper analysis shows. Pre, post and HT match analysis. If they feel this details are minute, let me tell that all these small efforts add up in prospering the beautiful game in India.

I feel Coach is right in many ways. Responsibility of failure ìs equally on the part of AIFF also. Igor really wanted betterment of Indian football thats why he fought with AIFF for long camps, gps vests, etc.
What i personally feel is that during these times the AIFF has acted in haste all due to the negativity/pressure created in the social media. A governing body like AIFF shouldn't have acted in response to social media.
We know AIFF doesn't have say in even live broadcasting of NT football matches. Wherever we see TV these days there is overdose of cricket with live telecast of even stste leagues. The whole system is a failure.
Igor came, tried, spoke the truth and faced the axe. I personally don't think he is at fault. He did best with the team what was available to him.
