    How did you temper the blade? All I saw was you quenching it in water after heating the blade in the fire which looked like the blade turned blue color. Or did I miss the temper phase??

    Wait a file is cast iron how can you forge it???????????

      @@iansforge but cast iron files are better quiltay than high carbon steel right????

      @@iansforge my dad still has them over 25 years an it still eats away metal like a champ

      A file is NOT cast iron. Its carbon steel, usually 1095
