How to Make a Cloisonne Enamel Swan Heart Shape Pendant. (cloisonne techniques, tutorial)

In this video I'm going to show you how to make this cloisonne enamel heart shape swan pendant using fine silver, copper and vitreous enamel. I started with cutting out the shape with my saw. I domed the piece to prevent worping.
I applied the clear fuse on both sides. I fired it with my torch.
After I folded the cloisonne wires to match the design. I put it on the surface of the heart and fired it on 1400 farenheit for two minutes. I hammered out some silver to make foil. I put on the swans to create a brighter surface.
Next I'm applying the colors, firing it and repeat the process two more times.
Last step is the sanding process. Enamel loses it's shine during this process so I fire it again to get the shine back.
