I like that his plan is to retire his dad. Here's how I would do it I'd make sure his house is fully paid off also make sure if you have any loans of any kind they're paid off I would take their vehicles their vehicles trade them in and get a brand new vehicles that they wanthat the only thing they'll have to pay is insurance and gas and minor maintenance. I'd even spend money on their house get fixed up a brand new roof hire a house paint company to do a paint job If the house needed any corporate work higher than up to fix it remodel kitchen's bathrooms. Even higher a landscape company to spread Kentucky bluegrass seeds and is plant flowers and other nice things. But he wanted to move to Florida that I'd skip all that.
