Back again, this time with a sneaker review.
I am having a look at the Triple S by Balenciaga Made in Italy and Comparing it to the new pairs Made in China.
Do you think there will be any difference?

Justmyopinionlol Bro. I have multiple pairs and trust me, there is a clear difference close up and on foot. However they are very true to the Italian made pairs.
of course, if I dish out dinero for hyped sneakers, I would prefer the Made in Italy ones. Made in China is still trash to me and it doesn´t help that corporate entities think consumers shouldn´t bother to care.

I loved your review on the Triple S. Its refreshing to watch a review by a UK blogger, most I see on UA-cam are either from the states or the far east.
I've bought a pair of Triple S 2018 and was worried that I was sold a fake pair but then I was told that the manufacturing was moved to China and certain bits of the shoe was changed including the logo.
Anyway, if want help with your videography give me a shout.
I needed this video for my own personal reasons so thank you.
There’s big difference with the og color way from Italy. The leather, the distressed techniques, the Balenciaga stiching. Every colorway has different characteristics, so I think you should have compared the same colorway. Just my thoughts!
Danny Danny ideally I would have. But as they are both personal pairs, I would not bother buying same colourway twice. Distress is different on every pair regardless of colour way or if made in Italy or China. But thank you for your input bro. 👊🏼

The Italian version looks a lot better and higher quality while the china version looks cheap and doesn’t look like it’s worth over $100

tell u what.. base on your talking about the differences... is just talk... cut them out layer by layer and check them both if it same made material, same cuts same layers etc etc. CUT AND SCRUB THEM OUT!

I recently bought my 1st Triple S in the original color way: red, and blue, China version off from MyTheresa. I’m scared they are fake, but I’ve watched a ton of comparison videos and they look authentic, yet my pair came in a grey box, not white, one black tag, and a grey Balenciaga card/pamphlet thingie, paper, and one pair of extra shoe laces. The tag on the box is not a sticker, but is attached in a weird way onto the box. Also MyTheresa is a legit German site...I highly doubt that the majority of the factory workers in Italy are Italian/latin tho. After watching this, my pairs exactly the same as the China version in this one, apart from the box being in a different color. I actually prefer it over the Italian one. Wore it out yesterday, and comfortable to walk in.
Gille87 MyTheresa are 100% legit, so if you bought from there, you know you are 100% safe. Also, all the new re-releases are coming in the grey boxes and not white like in my video. You got to bear in mind, mine are from the first round of production from when Balenciaga switched to China from Italy, so will be the closest to the Italian made version. Mex

Hey man, thank you. I tried to cover the points I felt hadn't really been properly addressed. The smell is the same on both shoes pretty much, so that new shoe/leather smell with a tiny hint of glue. Nothing like the Jordan 1 new smell that normally intoxifies you with all the glues fumes.. or any other smell you want me to check?

The Italian Made that he showed on this video is fake. You Can see the name inside Its like a sticker unlike the China One that Has only the logo. Ive have watched a lot of videos of fake One And it Has the logo, size, And name of where it Made from inside And Its like a sticker.

Benjamin Ross please watch the video and realise these are both legit pairs. But one is from the original Italy production and the other is from the newly set up China production. Both authentic pairs from balenciaga.
1. You should have compared shoes that were the same color.
2. No one cares about the box.
3. You showed the tongue of the Chinese pair, but not the made in Italy pair.
4. Do I want to pay $80 dollars each for 10 pairs from China or $800 dollars for one pair from Nieman Marcus, etc? That answer is SIMPLE!
5. Should you be trusted? You said one was heavier, but you didn't have a scale present.
6. Everyone knows that EVERYTHING designers design for the masses is Made in China and other cheap labor countries!

Michael Bedell Ha ha. Did you listen to what I said? These are NOT copies. They are both legitimate and authentic Balenciaga items. One is the earlier “Made in Italy” pair and the other is the later “Made in China” pair like all the current Triple S are. You obviously are not aware that the Italy pair is actually a DSM colourway and thus not able to have a Chinese made version. Also, as these are personal pairs, why would I have 2 pairs in the same colour? You really make no sense in your argument. Glad you could go and read Wikipedia and find out the background of the Balenciaga brand.

The main thing is that I watched your video. You did not say that both pair were authentic. The manufacturer can attach a "Made in _____" label on any item although the item is made in wherever.
