I love this menu. I usually cut up my eggplant and put it in a big bowl with water and a little salt. This way it is not bitter and lots of the seeds comes out. I wish my sada roti would swell up like that. I plan to cook it on my gas stove on the lanai and hopefully it would swell up. lol. ❤❤❤
