Would love another video about your trip to Isle Royale...if only a memory video. Did you travel there from MN or MI? Which ferry? Which campgrounds? IRNP is the only place I've backpacked. 3 solo 10 day trips. Love the moose and foxes...was lucky enough to see a wolf on my last trip there. That was a beautiful bull you encountered. (Just an idea for a video if you ever get "bored" over the winter...ha ha...as if.) Take care and thanks.
Thank you so much for sharing this video! I have been looking for a decent rain poncho to get for my girl. Her requirements are that it has to come in blue and not be heavy. Looks like this will fit the order! I was concerned that this one might be a bit fragile due to how thin the material looks. After watching your review, I feel a lot more confident about purchasing this for her. Thank you again!
Cooooooool! A moose!!!! Am thinking this will be the rain gear for me! I know you’ve been on the trail for a bit now in quite a bit of rain and have tested them for real lately!
Thanks for these videos! The product review (& field test) is really helpful, as is watching you hike. I'm new to backpacking/hiking and have so much to learn! Do you wear waterproof shoes or do you prefer non-waterproof?
Sea to Summit ponchos have sometimes been criticised for their tendency to pop open in wind due to fairly loose press studs. Did you have any such problems?
Wander Women Kristy & Annette Thanks for your response. I've heard that a paracord belt will stop them from billowing up in any case. Keep on having fun with them. love your channel!
Best video I've watched so far this year 2020
Obviously he was impressed by your ponchos!

We like our ponchos
Do they work as a warmth/wind layer too?
They do. But they are light and not to hot.

We like non-waterproof.
Thank you
have you set them up has a tarp to sleep under?
No we haven't used them for that. But we do cover our pack with it during the night.

We have not been in high winds with them, so I cant answer that. But they don't seem loose when snapping and unsnapping.
