I watched Conan's first time on Prodigy PD and while they were strict, they slowly opened up to Conan's antics and started giving him the back and forth. This is such an improvement from 1.0, the quality of the PD's RP is so good I am so impressed. They realized that there character does not have to revolve entirely around catching crims. I really hope CG sticks around longer this time around. I have not been able to stop smiling and laughing.
Idk why some people were making it seem like he was annoyed that he was being trained when in reality it was the way he was being trained (aka being micromanaged) that was annoying, which is very normal to not enjoy that especially in an rp game.
the dude himself stated "i dont know how they do things here, i dont wanna drive like i do on NP" and also later "i dont know what you mean by blocking", and then proceeds to get offended when told to take academy, like cmon dood, its suppose to be a give and take
Some structure will be good for Conan, if Ramee chills out a little and recognizes he needs to adapt to Prodigy's way of doing things. I think he will be a force to be reconned with. He already has the comedic aspect of his character down. I just think he can be a better cop mechanics wise and he does not realize that if does adhere to their way, he will actually have more opportunities to goof off during stops and being out and about.
@@ibtihelkouka6247 I understand your comment, but that's not the point. Ramee has always been very flakey with Conan. If people treat him weird, he just doesn't play cop. He's been pretty sporadic whenever he plays Conan, and these new rules (the rules he's continued to ignore) might not mix well with Ramee's attitude
yall not realizing that he wasnt mad that he had to take training, it was the fact the were acting like he didnt know what he was doing at all, like it was his first playing cop
Ramee and his chat, like many others, rightfully call out NoPixel for having a shit PD who hires new ppl, doesn't train them then sets them lose on crims to do w.e they want with no repercussions. Ramee now gets on Prodigy that have been nothing but W's since 2.0 started, and even in 1.0 for the most part, and he get instantly mad/triggered cause he finds out ppl have to be trained and things need to be stricter for things to be better? heck, a few days ago Ramee and his chat were going off saying Lane was a W for his attitude in a clip they reacted to, now they are all mad and attacking Lane... wow. Also shotz and him going off later on about "omg this is the army, it's like Mussolini and shit", so do they actually want NP cops who aren't trained and anything goes? Fact is, you need someone like Lane to properly train up ppl and Brian has things working in a good way to keep Prodigy from turning into NP with the new cadets.
@@Moogle sure, but right now prodigy PD is building up their force from scratch basically, they don't have the numbers to go after crims really + it's all just petty crime and racing right now, no heists or big crime stuff so PD have time to train up the new cadets and officers to be ready when new stuff is added.
@@Moogle summit says a lot of things when something doesn't go his way. It's been 2 weeks. Why would they go hard from the get go? That'd just cause crims to go hard on a bunch of untrained cadets. It doesn't have to be sweaty from the start
i dont think he is mad at them for it, he seemed kinda mad in general and ramee being ramee, he gets a bit pissy with everyone around him. he obviously had different expectations of how it was going to go, and a "random" shouting orders at him is not computing, ramee is not a very flexible person when it comes to inter personal relationships/interactions that is extremely exacerbated when its people he doesn't know. the "non approachable" meme exists for a reason, what is needed here is for him to have a break and come back with a different mentality or them to be patient with him and it will sort itself out over time. the staff sergeant guy seemed like a very good egg and even though he is playing the rough drill instructor persona, he seems like an understanding and thoughtful person, I think he very much can pull it off if ramee keeps playing conan. ps: not saying ramee is a bad person, i actually think quite the opposite, he can just be difficult at times and is not very prone to change.
I think Conan either needs to go to academy or the sink or swim OR graciously accept being micromanaged, because it was clear that he had no idea how to do certain things the way this PD wants them done. He may think he is not one of the bad eggs of Nopixel PD, but Brian is right that he could bring over some of their bad habits unintentionally. If he'd take a day to be serious and read their SOPs, the penal code, etc. before going SBS, I think he'd do just fine.
I mean Ramee's playing Conan as a joker. Acts out, escalates, and bad mouths. Needing training is exactly what a PD would think for a new cop like that, so I don't get why he got annoyed. I think last time he was here over time they opened up to Conan's jokester side but obviously they want to make sure the actual PD shit is done right too.
There were many times during this chase Ramee blatantly ignored directions, did not listen to comms, and even complained about wrong comms (after he gave horrible comms himself, hopefully that guy doesn't get insta banned). He was given an amazing opportunity to show off his cops skills, and he blew it in the face of management. I wouldn't be surprised if he struggles to get Conan as a cop, and will prob complain about it in the future. I mean, hes kinda doing it to himself at this point
no? blocks are done in the real world, just that in the real world you wouldnt just ram a cop car out of the way like that without either you or your car having some very permanent damage, one thing ill give you is that usually the block involves the cops being out of the car, not in it, but that is the other thing about this being a game, you have no time what so ever. on the other side of the coin, wouldnt a crim smashing through a block be considered just as if not even more so nvl?
I get why Ramee got upset with all of this. He is fine with being yelled at or being the butt of the joke. But he does not like being micromanaged by anyone. He wants to RP his way, and if he does something dumb you can yell at him for it. I ain't gonna lie, I would have been annoyed as well If I had a backseat driver like he did.
You say you would get annoyed if you had a backseat driver like Lane, but how else would anyone on the server be able to teach Conan what to do, and what not to do, without correcting his mistakes like that? Especially since he got to skip academy. People say Conan is one of the best cops when locked in, but lets be real, the last time he was any sort of locked in was at least over a year ago. Since then, he pretty much logs in 3 days a month and trolls. And the Prodigy RP cannot afford to have an shitlord cop right now, because they are trying to train the actual officers how to do things right.
I think there is a difference between micromanaging to feel superior and micromanaging to want your team to be superior. Lane wants the PD to be a force to be feared by the crims. I think the back and forth between him and Lane will be good for Conan. It is something he has not had to deal with before and thus he has no clue how to handle it. Once he figures it out, I think he will appreciate his character. When he tried to trash talk Lane to other officers, they quickly let him know they respect the hell out of him. As he said, he is not there to be their friends but to make them be the best that they can be.
Can we remove twitch chat from top right corner? There's a reason I don't watch live 😂😂 Ramee getting triggered because they told him he doesn't really know what he's doing on this server as PD is hilarious, like of course you don't know what you're doing on this server, you weren't trained for it, it's nothing against you you just have to learn.
they were being on his ass for an hour and like he said micromanaging him which is understandably not fun and not the best way to train people so i can understand his frustrations

Until Ramee, the person not the character, feels like he needs to prove himself, we will keep getting the half assed Conan that we see on Prodigy.
true but other than the ooc question thingy he didn't really do any super crazy sbs shit last night
