I have the same issue as you, my tummy always gets bloated throughout the day. I look pregnant in the afternoon lol. I have digestive problems to. I cut out a lot of dairy products and it’s helping so much, as well as drinking a lot of water. I was real skinny growing up. I weight 110. As soon as I had my first child I started gaining weight. I don’t drink a lot of caffeine either. Just a cup of coffee in the morning with no creamer. I’ve noticed that I’ve lost weight in my tummy and don’t look bloated like before. I hope you find a solution cuse I understand how you feel. Other than that your doing great ❤
Selma I suffer from constant bloating too. Since my gallbladder removal surgery, I can eat the smallest thing and I’m bloated. Ugghh, I hate that feeling so much. So you’re not alone Sis. That dish you cooked looked so delicious. Great video! 😊

Not sure if this is true but I’ve always heard you shouldn’t cut raw meat on a wooden cutting board because all of the bacteria and nastiness soaks into the wood. Just thought I would mention it. Food looked amazing!

Bowls looked good girl!! And the queso. We had barbacoa d pollo w spaghetti tonight. Birria tacos are easy for me to make but Soo time consuming. I've only made them twice too. Girl you should see my closet 😂😂 yours is so clean compared to mine. If I were to film a closet cleaning and post it would be crazy and I would feel slightly embarrassed even though it's real life 😅. I feel you on constantly being bloated the struggle is real girl and I got waaaaay off track so I gained all my weight back and then some. Thanks for sharing Selma ❤

Heyy girl heyy! Absolutely not 😂😂 I do not find it attractive at all watching my husband drive 😂😂😂. I stay complaining when he drives. We have one vehicle and I'm the main one that drives. When he is home sometimes he'll drive and then others I drive. He works with my fil and bil so they have a work truck so I'm the main owner of our truck 😅. Burrito bowls are the bomb got me one this past weekend. I can definitely make them at home but idk why I always choose to get one instead. Also, is that Zoey's friend? She is tall 😮. Some of these kids are crazy tall now a days. 😅
