Hi I’ve been mountain biking many times and I have gotten decent (kinda) so should I do this trail or is it too hard

All the trails in Fair Hill and White Clay creek are great for beginner/intermediate riders. Once you get comfortable with those you should check out Brandywine Creek, it has some more technical trails.
