I think what's interesting is that Disney is so so linked to the stage of life . The elders remember what they watched as a kid, what their kids watched maybe . It's why you can pinpoint a person's age by what Disney movies you've seen

Fun fact: In Sweden, we all watch Disney cartoons at 3 pm on Christmas afternoon (we celebrate on Christmas eve) and in that show, they sing "when you wish upon a Star", so EVERYONE in Sweden thinks about it as a Christmas song.
