dont worry, its completely normal, its still the developer beta so it may be glitchy or your phone might get lower performances, you gotta wait another month or two then your iphone will “turn” to normal

if you fully enrolled you'd know, it should be free but check your credit card statements to make sure you weren't charged. apple intentionally makes the Betas free, the enrollment program is for something else.
