    Hey, I recommend to all CNC router operators to pocket out if tabbing isn't possible. Launching the inside waste with your cutter will dull it much faster than pocketing, and it's pretty dangerous.

    Hi, can you tell me what does he puts on the table on 8:10, and for which purpose? Is it also for cooling the material? Nice video btw.

      The green liquid is for lubrication & cooling of the bit. The product is aluminum cutting fluid A-9.

    What feed rate is he running at in this video? It looks like around 20ipm but it's hard to tell.

      I found out they are running 60ipm at 14k rpm with a 0.1" DOC in this vid. You can see frames where he rolls over the operations, revealing the feeds and speeds. Plunge is at 30ipm as well.
