Thank you Raelan for inviting Cim and for the summary you sent out through Mail. Thank to that I found out about Cim and her zoom Meetings and will join in. It's such a Joy to finally have a sorce in Sweden/Swedish. Even as most Swedes understand English very well, its always more relaxed to read and talk in your own language, especially with brainfog and low energy. Thank you for all the work you do! It makes a big difference for a lot of people and for me. Thank to you I have not only found Cim I also found Cfs-school or Somiainternational as its called now, and it gave me my hope back and Im doing progress 💪😁 THANK YOU!! 💗🙏💗
Very powerful and moving recovery journey Cim. Thank you for sharing. The knowledge in this video alone is very valuable. For me it's a great reminder of what works and to remember to put myself and my health first. ❤️
Thank you Cim for sharing your Story! The fight We all have to put up as We are our weekest is not right! As a Sweden, Im so happy to have found you! 💗😁 It feel so good to have a sorce in Swedish. Although most Swedes are good at understanding english, its always so much more relaxed to use your own language. Also it feels great to have something in our own country to show The health care when trying to convince them that this is the right way to treat ME/CFS. THANK YOU!! 💗💗💗 I will see you on the zoom Meetings! 🥰

It is encouraging to hear of a longer journey that mirrors my slow, but steady timeline. I'm also so happy to hear of programs being created in other languages. I can't imagine how hard it is for those with brain fog trying to use resources in a non-native language!

I appreciate your story Cim. Thanks Raelan. Xx
Fantastic interview. Loved the description of different levels. I relate a lot to the 5-40% phase. I'm now almost completely recovered from long Covid and Raelens videos have been so helpful
Thank you both so much for this inspirational interview, it has come at a very much needed time for me. Being a long hauler I have managed to pick myself up too many times to count but recently experienced another set back whilst on holiday getting acute appendicitis, whilst on my own. Recovering now but it really knocked me yet again and made me think, how many knocks can one person take? So your inspirational story Cim has given me renewed hope so I thank you with deep gratitude 🙏

@@CimNordstrom for how long did You been ill ? And did You have problem with neck ? Burning sensation, twishning
@@jessicanilsson5941 6 years. The symptoms are a reaktion from our dysregulated nervous system. So it doesn’t really matter what symptoms you have. It’s the same cause. Try to focus on things you can do to help your nervous system regulate instead of focusing on the symptoms. The symptoms vary and changes for us all so comparing symptoms with others doesn’t help us. Try to change your thoughts about symptoms to thoughts about recovery instead. That will help you.
With that said. Always check with your doctor if you get new symptoms that you worry about.
bottom line is theres no cure. you have to rest and slowly build excercise and get your ass outside.
your sister had to help? wth was your husband doing?
He took care of the kids and everything else. My sister is fantastic when It comes to talking to authorities.
We have to stop thinking like that. The spouses can't do everything. They are no super humans and they go through hell with us. Isn't it nice, that her sister was also a part of her support system?
Possibly earning money & child caring?
I admire people who found their way back to health and dedicate themselves to helping others do the same. Without them, where would the chronically ill turn?
I don’t want a coach who has never been through it. They can regurgitate text book knowledge, but they don’t get it for one second.
Coaches will just push you to do more and that's when you relapse... Just pushing harder makes you worse! Sometimes we can get better for a while but because we want to get even better we often get unwell again. I've had ME for 25 years and every time I went back to full time work I relapsed after a while and got worse than before. I got bedridden and housebound so many times because I pushed myself too hard!
So please don't get influenced by people that say the were ill but now they can run a marathon! They will relapse if they really had ME but they won't tell you about that part!
