timijai22 I was there and the concert is in the top of my all time favorite concerts. Surprised of how ON he was, maybe because he hadnt played in sweden in like 13 years!
@@chaitanyabbhandari9449 it sounded dissonant because he switched from the major to minor. It wasn’t technically wrong, it just sounds weird sometimes, and usually he pulls it off a little better. It’s all subjective though, it was still a good solo to me
@@elihintz5620 Agree, his landing notes aren't great here. They almost all sound wrong! He still compensates with his feeling and timing, without that he would just sound like a beginner with this phrasing.
@@vunguyen1834 lol i do consider him as a great guitarist of our time the slow dancing in a burning room live in la one still gives me chillss(i cried during the solo)
And im very suprised that there was so many people there because in Sweden they really dont pay much attention to great guitar players or singers is more cheesy pop stuff there.
I was there. It was mindblowing. Awesome!!!
I think his tone in 2013-2014 on slow dancin was impeccable. Just great tone, so dynamic and wide.
will never forget that concert.. it was amazing
Det finns ingen konsert jag rankar högre än denna. Helt otroligt bra var det! Bort med trion och ta tillbaka detta band nu!;)
He looks like Johnny depp a bit
vaughan wilson-
I've always thought so, also-they have a similar skin, hair and eye color-and just that same "presence"
Judy Onthemton and style some times
damn! everything right with him??? he lost like 10 kilos!
need a tab for that solo
Nice-he's "worked out" a bit-not that his pre work out build/looks was anything short of sexy.but I use to imagine him with a little more muscle
Thanks for sharing these deep thoughts you were having
i've listened to this everyday for about two weeks straight now. i'm so addicted to that first solo. wow, thanks for filming this and sharing it!
When the pedal guitarist at 2:35 looks up he knows it's about to go down.
Fuck man he must've been on for this concert! I wish there was a complete live audio recording of the whole show

he's so fucking amazing, there's no word to describe him
I love how calm and balanced this solo is before it bursts out! Amazing.
HOLY CRAP THAT MID-SOLO
Genius! Take note guitarists. Less notes more feeling.
That first solo was one of the worst solos i have ever heard him do on this song
@@rcruz262 true man, it was pretty damn average. sounded dissonant in places

@@chaitanyabbhandari9449 so what dissonance is also a part of music.
This is definitely one of the best versions of this song for this tour.

@@rcruz262 👁👄👁
@@rcruz262 that second solo from the one in Brazil (at least I think that’s where it was) may have been his best performance I’ve heard
Magnificent. I love this arrangement. It moves my entire being . Johnny takes me there. In the room., and it’s on fire.
Damned his buffed now has been to the gym a lot and the playing is great!
This is my new favorite version of this song. Second solo is amazing.
It wasn't a storm before the calm, but it was the calm before the storm solo.
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Awesomeness meets genius. His name is John Mayer. 💙💙💙
wow. most of the youtube videos of this song has 0 dislike. just wow. he looked emaciated here though.
Thank you for posting!
What is he doing on the guitar starting at 1:54 then into the quick rhythm
Tab anyone ? Or breakdown
Yes he does not look right, hope it's just an impression.
Was here for 2 years ago, probably the best concert ever!!!
Soo lucky dudeeee
@@shubhamdhawan5421 the show was amazing! I hope you will also see him one day. One of the ‘bestest’ guitar players nowadays.
