- I continue moving my LEGO collection to my new house and this week I had to start my new LEGO part organization system. I bought IKEA Alex drawers, containers from The Container Store, and tables from Costco to complete the new setup! I went to the Disney Springs LEGO Store to buy LEGO Lord of the Rings Rivendell and got tons of LEGO Star Wars Hoth Minifigure packs too!

Rowland Hussey Macy opened four retail dry goods stores between 1843 and 1855. Sadly after all it’s success it continues to struggle. Judging by the toy section it just lost it’s way. Sad to see. I worked at Macy’s while putting myself through college. It was THE place to work. Build up a very nice professional wardrobe while working there. 😭😂

Yeah TJ Maxx and HomeGoods are owned by the same group, TJX Companies. TJ Maxx actually comes from Massachusetts as the first one opened there in Auburn in 1977. Fun fact, in Australia and Europe), TJ Maxx is known as TK Maxx because it was done to avoid confusion with the British retail chain TJ Hughes which is NOT owned by TJX. That being said, I hope that sad Lego section at the mini Toys R Us in the Macy's makes you consider doing a NYC getaway and go to the legit Toys R Us at the American Dream mall in NJ which not just has a Toys R Us but also a Legoland Discovery Center, an indoor ski slope, Nickelodeon theme park, and DreamWorks water park.

It's interesting to see mandr's new house come together. Its also very satisfying to see those pick-a-brick cups finally getting sorted.
That midi scale was the first star wars lego set I got and started my collection which is now more like a lego obsessional.
Its good to see all the Pick a Brick cups that have been bought over the years getting paid off with proper storage.

When I organized all my Legos it was such a pain since at the time I through them all in boxes 📦 ugh 😂 there were like 27 boxes I have so much!!!! 😂

Yep its lego policy to never have dented boxes on shelfs which is why they have to keep em in storage and ask customers directly .

The smaller-than-micro-scale Executor Super Star Destroyer is not midi-scale. Aside from being as wrong about that set as LEGO was with the Clone Commander being a pilot, great video!
It’s amazing to me to watch these guys I watched as a kid, stay Lego UA-camrs and grow up to be successful enough to buy a house. Good job MandR, you deserve it and I’m glad we get to watch you fill your house.

@MandR Vlogs you could always look into buying some vinyl white wrap from a home store and cover the higher table if you want to keep the white table top look for videos.

Hint: when you buy drinking glasses make sure they can stack. It saves a ton of cabinet space.

I miss the free style legos, now days everything comes in a specific design which is ok too but as an old 80s/90s kid I liked never knowing what I was making until it was done. We used to have a huge collection of legos growing up. I was obsessed with the silver glitter bucket they came in when we had them.

An idea for your self divider just tape inside a cut out piece of cardboard or thick card stock. Hope that helps.
You could buy some smaller Akro Mills storage organizers from Amazon for all of your smalls or the minimal amount of smalls, the drawers have divider capability. Akro-Mils 10116, 16 Drawer Plastic Parts Storage Hardware and Craft Cabinet, 10-1/2-Inch W x 6-1/2-Inch D x 8-1/2-Inch H, Black is $23.56 on Amazon, and get a 16 pack of dividers for $10.
I completely understand the damaged box, it's more of the principal of the thing than the actual damage to the box; I ordered the Cantina back in January and got the Blacktron GWP and the VIP whatever add on pack at the time and they put it all in the same undersized box but they should not have...the GWP was on top of the Cantina and the shipping box was bulging out, basically crushed the GWP into the Cantina damaging both boxes. I was not very happy.

They had a pretty beat up Ninjago Gardens up for sale at the Downtown Disney store a few months back.
You could always do a wax tablecloth and either take it to your table for set reviews or you could use Clips as well. This will keep the table from being slippery
