Great comment on growth......growth must be managed incrementally....i like to say.... you take 1 penny... then you have 5 and a nickle.....then a nickle and 5 pennies....now you have a dime....and so on and the next thing you have a dollar.....you have a great future. I managed a medical practice, but i would have loved the construction business. I subscibed and look forward to catching up on your projects.
I didn’t go to school for construction or work in construction! I started by getting into cheap low income rentals and learned how to renovate that way and just kept slowly taking on bigger and bigger projects!
