Yeah and you can see how much better her acting got with time and she is more comfortable with her role. I saw a little bit of Tor in Another Tomorrow or something was the title. She is much better here than was back than.
I hate Christmas, but I've seen all of Tori's Christmas movies. She works miracles 🤣. I don't know. There is something about her that makes me feel so good. She has a natural grace. She is brilliant for comedy , but then you see her most dramatic or sad scenes and is so good too. She changes her expressions from scene to scene like not many actresses can.
Tori Anderson’s acting is off the charts. Throughout season 1 and so far in season 2 she has been so versatile, but this last scene is something special.
Yes to all this. I'm glad to see more and more people appreciating Tori. She is a "feel good" actress if you know what I mean? One of those actresses that gives you pleasure watching her doing anything. And that is for two reasons: 1) As you say, it is very versatile. Wonderful for comedy, but also for drama and now action. She has a fabulous acting range and I don't know if there are many actresses with Tori's expressive ability. Many considered good actors, always put the same face in each scene. 2) The second reason has direct relation with her. I think we love Kate, because Tori is lovable. I don't know. This woman has something special. She is funny by nature, incredibly pretty, but at the same time she seems to be a normal neighbor, grounded and empathic. She does not expose himself excessively in the media and always projects good vibes.

When my Navy girlfriend was offered the opportunity for a 3 month special assignment on the opposite side of the country, we went through the same decision making process. I'm gonna miss seeing then together but it's good to see them in such a good place, like Jesse says Kate is solid and Lucy opening about her trust issues proves just how solid they are. I guess absence will make the heart grow fonder 😊 also that forehead kiss and Kate saying "my sweet" was too adorable.
Hopefully the writers will keep them in a great strong relationship. I do wonder [fret] about them [writers] crashing another Lesbian love story. I hope not.
So they needed to write her out for 3 episodes while she finished another project and didn't want to freak the fans out by having them break up again, I can live with this.
I'm enjoying this Kacy beautiful moment until later Lucy got back 😌🌈 Kacy never failed to make me smile and giggle like a fool. And I must admit I do enjoy so much Lucy-Jesse sweet bro-sis moment on this episode 😊 When you really love someone, distance won't be a problem for sure. I personally don't have problem with that. Sometimes it's hard but... just be patient.
Love this whole scene love that kate understands and pushes lucy to do this she understands it can help her career cause she been there and how she reasures lucy everything going to be ok and she will always be there for her and with her in anything lucy wants to do love supportive kate ❤️

Great acting by both ladies there. Tori looks about to cry at the very end. I’ll miss them together, but it won’t be too long. It will be interesting to see how this affects Lucy’s disdain for the outdoors going forward. Lol!
I'm just now watching this series, it's been 2yrs ago and its good. Now here I am at the part here lucy is leaving, Wow the conversation while they are sitting on the sand talking I feel their sadness until Kate actually cries, this scene is terreble. They are both great actresses. Wow♥️♥️♥️
Lucy is definitely right to have trust issues for such an incredible, amazing and beautiful girlfriend like Kate... But then again there is no doubt Kate would want to hurt her again after putting up with so much just to get Lucy back... Lucy Tara is so worth waiting for... What an interesting plot development. It was handled so maturely. That beach date was so perfect. I love their growth. I love hearing about Lucy's past. Wish we could have seen the goodbye between them.... Amazing song for the scene... But I have questions about the next 4 months they are apart....for now they're in a good place, but what other drama looms? Cara?
I love how this was handled and how healthy it was handled. With that being said Kate being strong for Lucy. But if we take this in an overthinker perspective. Lucy was so hurt by Kate that she signed up to going to an ocean. The only time I seen Lucy not scared of being in a boat was when Kate was undercover. I've seen many fans angry about this momentary separation and the way the writers decided to do it. But no matter how much we love Kacy, we must not forget that this is a procedural show, part of a franchise, and should not focus on a love story. Whether we like it or not, romances in these types of shows are secondary. We should be thankful that in this one, finally, the lead is a woman and the main love story is lesbian, but let's not be so innocent. Much of the public of these shows is extremely conservative. Just as there are people who watch it for Kacy, there are people who decide not to watch it because they don't agree with seeing that type of relationship on TV. The show is not doing the best numbers. If it becomes a soap only based in one couple it will be worse. It should focus on action and drama related to its theme. It's that easy. Interpersonal relationships come in second place and we must accept it.

And Tori and Yas are doing a phenomenal job acting the whole characters of Lucy NCIS Agent and Kate FBI agent i want to see them succeed any where their careers take them after NCIS done not be only known as the girlfriends in love as the primary reason. @@rraf6703 Exactly. Writers and producers must maintain a balance. The essence of NCIS is the drama and action related to the crime, everything else is part of the context of the characters. The relationship between Lucy and Kate must be well balanced as well. Showing their intimacy and evolution as a couple from time to time, but not forgetting their jobs and making them interact with other characters is essential. We even have to accept if there are no scenes between them in some episodes.

it seems cruel to us to break up these 2, since it was so hard to get them together. But it's great of the producers to let Yas pursue her career opps just like Lucy is doing.
To the people worrying about lucy not coming back, she's only gone for 3 episodes in total. She'll be back for the crossover on Jan 2nd and then gone for one more. (?) I'm not 100% sure about this one, though, because they changed episodes 10 & 11's arrangement.

I mean it little bit freeze out because Kate rejected really good job promotion to be with Lucy, but when it was Lucy's turn to make decision like that, she chose to leave.
Ok, so here is my writer’s perspective as a viewer of the show: I hear what you are saying but i think this is different. Kate messed up by getting into a relationship with Lucy while still being in a relationship with her girlfriend (regardless of whether she didn’t want to be with her-she didn’t end it). Then Lucy finding out the way she did after her and Kate’s relationship had gotten to the level it did. That is a hurt I wouldn’t wish on anyone. This time around, they are truly together and Lucy has a chance to not only advance her career, but she knows (even if she is worried) that her relationship with Kate is solid.
@@kan4fam hmm i think you are right in some point but there id similarities in this two situation. We can say a lot of things they Kate's situation was different but in general it was the same. She has good job promotion and she just rejected it for being there near her girl. And now when they are couple it even more then other time and Lucy accepts offer. I don't think this will happen. Jan Nash is one of the writers. She already was the co creator for "Ellen". Yes you young guys in the good old early 90's. She is aware of the "early lesbian death"-problem and knows what it would do with the fans. (It's still impossible for me going on watching "The 100" after Lexa 😢 after all these years I'm still stuck in season 3 😂)

Series 1 is on Disney+ in the UK. They're releasing one episode a week so 1-12 are available now. Hopefully Series 2 will eventually be on there too.

Ok, so here is my writer’s perspective as a viewer of the show:
I hear what you are saying but i think this is different. Kate messed up by getting into a relationship with Lucy while still being in a relationship with her girlfriend (regardless of whether she didn’t want to be with her-she didn’t end it). Then Lucy finding out the way she did after her and Kate’s relationship had gotten to the level it did. That is a hurt I wouldn’t wish on anyone. This time around, they are truly together and Lucy has a chance to not only advance her career, but she knows (even if she is worried) that her relationship with Kate is solid.
@@kan4fam hmm i think you are right in some point but there id similarities in this two situation. We can say a lot of things they Kate's situation was different but in general it was the same. She has good job promotion and she just rejected it for being there near her girl. And now when they are couple it even more then other time and Lucy accepts offer. I don't know maybe it is not good only for me but it is what it is 🙂

I think they won't with the response the show got from lgbt community globally they would lose view like nobody business. Kacy is the ship and safety net for queer kids and young udults if they respect their audiences they won't do it.
I don't think this will happen. Jan Nash is one of the writers. She already was the co creator for "Ellen". Yes you young guys in the good old early 90's. She is aware of the "early lesbian death"-problem and knows what it would do with the fans. (It's still impossible for me going on watching "The 100" after Lexa 😢 after all these years I'm still stuck in season 3 😂)
