The new Lohr releases have definitely improved even if they're not as popular as the ones. I've always felt old releases had a problem with the sound being too bright to the point of hurting my ears. It wouldn't hurt the first time I'd listen but would hurt on repeat. The new releases have corrected for this problem and are still quite catchy if not even more. Now, if there was a way to correct the inherent repetitiveness of electro swing...
