I'd like to hypothesise on why Jimmy Hopkins's default model was changed from the beta - So basically I think they changed the costume due to the T rating, this is because his model shares a lot of similarities with the neo-nazi/skinhead style from the 80s-90s, the key indicators are the rolled up jeans, the big boots (typically Doc Martins), and the shaven head, pair this with his bomber jacket seen before you get your uniform and he becomes the walking definition of a stereotypical skinhead. I think they may have changed this as to not give off any racist vibes, we see a lot of bullying in Bully (lol) but non of it is ever (directly at least) targeted at race, and I think they wanted to keep it that way, for either rating reasons or just for the game aesthetics, they could've made the game very grim, bringing in race wars etc etc. However I don't believe that Jimmy was ever intended to be a racist, I just think that was the vibe the developers were going for.
OzonesElbow the era of Skinheads you're talking about weren't all neo-nazis, there were a few in England but that's about it. Skinheads in the 70's and 80's were working class punk rockers. To add to your point however, Jimmy was intended to be a skin initially. Original skinheads wore shaven heads, suspenders, cuffed pants and docs as they were efficient for factory work and then it spun into a culture. They were also known for being burly and tough due to said factory work. In later times however, nazis bastardized the culture similar to how they did with the swastika in WW2. You'll notice most neo nazis are tweakers and drug abusers, whereas the original ones refused drugs (except drinking of course). But it's because of this very common misconception that I believe Rockstar made a lot of the changes they did to Jimmy's character and appearance. The prefects were also originally skinheads early in development, and most likely the racist kind, as indicated by the red armbands they wore. Skinheads and nazi skins are sworn enemies, so it would've been interesting to see how all that would've played out, hand Rockstar not made those changes early on.

Actually, there is a Townie that Jimmy can kiss. He wears a white sleeveless shirt with an orange circle design on the chest. By far the one with the best flirty dialogue too imo.
I don't know if this is true but I heard from multiple sources that there is or was supposed to be a fourth Yellow Ninja costume which would've been unlocked by performing 1000 knock outs. I haven't done so myself so I don't know of it's existence.

Its funny that you mentioned the Panda Outfit and Racing Outfit because I recently did a 100% run on Scholarship Edition on the Wii and you can get both of those Outfits! However, the Wii port dosent give the player the Nutcracker outfit for some reason.
Scholarship Edition on PC does have both the racing hat and the soda hat. Curiously, when wearing certain Aquaberry clothes, Jimmy can dress almost exactly like Old Bullworth Vale's mailman (not on winter). Kind of funny when he starts chasing Jimmy whilst on his paperboy route.

I wonder if bully was planning on a colab with the brand Dr. Martens. Because in both the picture of him wearing jeans and those red Dr Martens look alikes and Bully artwork, specifically the picture where jimmy is facing Dr. Crabblesnitch while wearing his blue sports jacket, jeans and the same Dr Martens. You can actually make a pretty much identical outfit withouth mods but not the open jacket tho.. I dont get why they kept that jacket closed
there's a mod for the mobile Bully called "bully AE skin selector" and it has these clothes and even Jimmy's beta fighting style well actually there are not all of these but the part you mentioned has and sorry for the bad english is because i'm brazilian

I loved bully just as I loved San Andreas, although bully never quite hooked me like San Andreas did I felt like it took some of the best features of San Andreas but added to it. It's really upsetting that Rockstar haven't made a sequel but considering the highly charged media & sensitivity of today I think rockstar would have their hands tied if they truly wanted to recreate it.
