It say 11 is grater than 85% of entire distribution.

For the question "What value exists at percentile rank of 25?" we got the index 5.25. Then we should be doing [5th index value + 0.25 (6th index value - 5th index value)]. But he said , we calculate the average of 2 numbers in this case.

firstly we reached to this 5th index bcz we got 5.25 ..okay now for 5.25 we've reached at index 5 but .25 which index doesn't exists that's why we calculate average 5th index and 6th index value 5+5/total no.of value(2) = 5 which is 5 that's why answer is 5th index value.
