I guess you must have added less jaggery than required since cocoa is bitter in taste. And if you do plan to use Coconut oil please use the cold pressed one. Also i have been making cakes using jaggery and oats for the longest time so i guess the taste of Jaggery at first is a bit different too 🙈
if you had cooked the spinach for a few more minutes, it would have been amazing. you wouldn't be able to distinguish the taste of spinach but it would enhance the already existing flavors. :)

U can use any odourless vegetable oil and pls don’t use coconut oil it will turn into a disaster

Pl. Don't use olive oil. Use normal oil, which doesn't have odour or taste!..I have tried this, it turns our really good.
