Probably gonna +1 on his s3 cd or make it so that it only reduce cd by 1 turn when an enemy die and won't reduce more till he gets a turn . Should do the trick imo

@@luisa3447 we have a guy who goes in with slimes and sees what each team has if there's no will runes on a specific team then I go in and decimate. If not then I go in with my 8 Moore, Galleon and any AOE nuker I got like 12. Also you asked about strips I could just use Gemini and hope I Vio proc

His base speed makes him kinda balanced. If he had like 115+ base speed then he would be absolutely busted.
