Wow suchi just a suggestion add makki ka atta while u mash with masher than there is no need to blend in blender it will mash properly and while mashing put the gas on of atta will be cooked while mashing . Anuj ji and ur tunning is awesome bless u both

Aur yeh saag chulhe pe sara din boil hota hai aur shaam ko makki ka atta daal kr ose ghota jata hai km se km 10 min Fr tadka lgaya jata hai onion, ginger garlic daal kr aur dher sara white makhan with makki ki roti omg. It's taste sooo yum. Lohri pe bnta hi hai punjab mei saag. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hello Suchi beta. We are making saag with sarson ke patte with dunthal, bathoo and palak. We first boil every thing with ginger and green chillies for 40 minutes after that makki ka alan and ghen we grind. After that onion, ginger, garlic frying with tomatoes. Then we put saag in a katori with desi ghee. We it it with makki ki roti. It is very tasty.
