Hey there! We assume your comments are based on the poorly researched UA-cam video about Established Titles. We'd like to suggest the following material: the video How Not To Do Business Part 9 (Established Titles) by the UA-camrs Fact Fiend, which we feels does a more thoughtful analysis of the Established Titles business. Regarding DealDash specifically, we do not hide the fact that we are a pay-to-bid auction site. Our business model wouldn't be sustainable if we were tricking customers into purchasing something they don't understand. It's a unique twist on auctions where you pay to bid, and the majority of our users are repeat customers that have been with us for years and come back again and again because of the great deals they get. Learning the mechanics might take some effort, and we understand that not everyone ends up enjoying it, so that’s why all customers are entitled to a 100% no-questions-asked refund on their first purchase of bids. We're audited yearly, have done several 3rd party audits of the auction bidding itself, and we're an A+ accredited business with the BBB. Please feel free to reach out to them if you have any other questions about us.Have a wonderful rest of your day!
