Hey, Dave !!! I don't comment on your every VLOG, but I sure do immensely enjoy watching every one of them. We own 10 rentals, and understand what you go thru with 50 or more apartments !!! I like when you do the washing machines and dryers repairs / checkouts. I do more work on peoples stuff than my own. The church people stuff, neighbors stuff, friends of friends who call me asking if I can check out and possibly repair their problems !!! Never a dull day in "" Repairsville "" !!! And I have learned a lot from watching you, and if I ever run into you, you'll get a nice dinner at a good restaurant on me !!! If you are repairing something, and wonder if you should film some part of it - PLEASE DO !!! That is the part I run into and need guidance. I just watched a shower faucet repair / replacement you did, and wouldn't you know it, the church Pastor asked me if I could do anything with his and it was the one you just did. When I finished the job, I only charged him for the parts, along with a cup of coffee while I was doing it. His fee was to say a prayer for you and put in a good word for you ""Upstairs "" So, if a few good things have happened lately, this could be why. Always give your opinions, hints, tips, short cuts and recommendation to us - they are always followed !!!!!! Thanks, Dave !!!!! Looking forward to your next VLOG !!!!! 😃👍👍
Thank you for the comment Yawwee - looking forward to a few good things happening !! 🛠
Love your videos, bro great job all the time👍🏽
I worked at a property in downtown Denver that had those same cartridges and none of them were greased when originally installed and they were a NIGHTMARE to get out. Always hated to see that work order pop up.
I've had several I couldn't get even with a puller. Those had to carefully drill out 🛠
Afternoon, Dave. Another great video as always! Have a good rest of your Wednesday! On call tonight gotta love it!
I’ve swapped all of my bathroom sink stoppers to Moen Push Stoppers. Way better than old lever operated ones.
depending on condition I utilize residents toothbrush
What is with the screws and nail no wonder clothes rip them people will call you for a leaking hole in the washer hose if those screws get in there
Nice video learn something new from you every vid, is that tub faucet cartridge is that the only tool to be able to remove that?
@@albertosuarez6758 if i want one of those whats a good one that works on most tub faucet cartridges name please?
I just use the Moen puller but I'm not a plumber and don't run into a huge variety of cartridges. The 7-8 properties I cover all have moen posi cartridges.
I just wondering how many gold rings you find in the dryers
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro why no gloves though? Unclogging baths and sinks but alos in general gloves are a plus and safety
Hey Dave how big is your guys shop there? Do you have a lot more room then a garage I have to work with just not any room for maintenance work
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro give us a shop tour sometime I like to see other shops , I'm always trying to organize for room to work
Where your gloves 🧤 Dave
I don't really wear gloves unless handling sewer cables or harsh chemicals 👍
hey dave, do you ever encounter karens?
Help! My clothes are getting all torn up in the washer and dryer!
Dave: finds a bunch of screws, nails, and even a tool mixed with the lint in the dryer exhaust.
Come on now! No wonder the clothes are all tore up, LOL.
I have the same dryer and honestly I've done the same thing. My girlfriend sometimes does my laundry and I don't always get all the screws and crap out of my pockets before it goes in. They will tear the crap out some clothes
