According to the investigation after the accident, it is known that the pressure bulkhead of B747SR-46 (JA8119) ruptured during flight 123 due to an inappropriate process being followed during the subsequent repairs.
They call it a tail stabilizer for reason , it's almost impossible to fly without one, these Japanese pilots showed unbelievable skill keeping it in the air as long as they did
Japan Airlines Flight 123 was a Boeing 747-200SR aircraft that crashed into Mount Oshika on August 12, 1985, after an explosive decompression caused by a faulty rear pressure bulkhead. The crash killed 520 people, making it the deadliest single-aircraft aviation accident in history. The aircraft was flying from Haneda Airport in Tokyo to Osaka International Airport when the explosion occurred. The crew struggled to control the damaged aircraft, and it eventually crashed into a mountainside near Tokyo. Only 15 of the 524 people on board survived the accident. The investigation into the crash revealed that the pressure bulkhead had been improperly repaired years earlier, leading to a fatigue crack that eventually caused the explosion. The accident led to significant changes in aviation safety regulations and maintenance practices.

[End of Recording]
Wasnt the singer of the song sukiyaki also on the plane?
Yes, he was on board indeed.
He lost his life at this accident, and reportedly, his body was almost burnt when it was found.

China Airlines flight 611 part two but it's Japan 123
JAL 123 Was first
Fun fact there were 20-50 survivors but 46 died due to injuries so only 4 survivors
Rest in peace JAL 😢
The plane took of 12 minutes into the flight the stabiliser
Ripped of causing pilot error. In 20 minutes the plane lost controll and crashed it still remains untuched until today😢
That feels make me sad i like music please pin😢
The last word of the pilot was "good, bye we all perish."

Nadie, yo viendo estos videos antes de volar en avión:
So sad, flew like a wounded bird
I always wonder, if the tail I'd gone the plane is doomed. Why don't they ditch the passengers into the ocean with their life jackets, and alert rescue services ahead. I understand there is a lot happening in seconds but I have never seen anyone make this move
Fact:If i was the captain or the F/O i landed on mountains because the 747 was made to land with no tail but by that the 747 was roling its hard to land but it is possible
that emergency landing
Really good 😢noooooooooo I’m sorry for 123
Someone correct me but in this video they combine the animation of catastrophic seconds with the new animation of Mayday Area Catastrophes?
WARNING:This is a true story, it is not real.
that's right
Rightright
no shit
Rest in peace Japan Air 123
i was reading a book then heard a loud crash from my backyard which is 9 miles away from Cerritos, then had a feeling of dread, i heard angelic trumpet sounds afar and spirts acceding up into the sky, later i would find out it was flight 498 crash. so many accidents by Small planes, no altimeter meter in small plane and not planning flight before the journey, and were going by 405 fwy distracted. not looking outside for air traffic ,they were all decapitated in small plane.
this made me thought of CI611
same tail strike angle, simular issue happended 22 years later except it disintegration in less than a tenth
why did the tail fall off? it got damaged due to a tail strike on the ground during takeoff.🛫
For thoes who dont know they lowered the landing gear for the palne to be stable Rip paasengers on Jal 123😢😢😢😢😢😢
Survive 8 💀
Rip to everyone who was on the plane

They flew without hydraulics and down trim due to the shorter tail for approximately 30 minutes
