We left with 1 night and 2 days scheduled for the deserted island... But things didn't flow as planned due to the very strong storm overnight.
Thinking about it, there wasn't anything that went as planned.

What makes Solarsido special is that it's personal and Yongsun is in total control - so seeing our fav Colleague on Solarsido feels more heartwarming because it's just them hanging out, not getting paid for it. And they don't need to "act" for the job in this setting. No need for make-up or rehearsal, I love seeing them more authentic and real. It feels more like home!

Can we normalize commenting on Solar's (and other women's) actions instead of her appearance? Because it's still too common to compliment women on their beauty (or their relationships) and men on their accomplishments. What she accomplished here is, going far out of her comfort zone and trying different things like fishing, building a tent etc. on a freaking uninhabited island and in the worst weather too! I love that she's using this channel to just try all the new and crazy things that come to her mind or that are on her bucket list, and that she isn't afraid to admit or show us when she fails. That's such a great attitude to have: trying and failing is infinitely better than not trying at all. It's no surprise to me that she's having so much fun with Solarsido and feels happier now. We all should do things for our own experience and well-being more and not because it will get a lot of likes or retweets on social media.
