When splitting from Knight, the Brothers & Sisters star was rumored to have a romance with actor Wentworth Miller. Miller didn’t come out as gay until 2013, so he wanted to keep his relationship with Macfarlane private. As it is known, for a long time, conservative upbringing forced the Prison Break actor to hide his sexual orientation. Until 2013, he appeared with a charming brunette at social events. Furthermore, in 2007, Wentworth denied that he was gay by saying that he would like to have a girlfriend and a family. Only after his parents separated, Miller stopped hiding his true personality. Macfarlane’s relationship with Miller was definitely the most famous one. The two were hanging out together very often and were numerously spotted spending time very cozy and sweet with each other. When everything was over, it was rather hard for Luke to survive their breakup. To recover from the previous romance and the complicated breakup, Macfarlane decided to start a new relationship. It was with semi-professional wrestler-cum-actor Chad Slivenski. Their affair wasn’t long-lasting and almost nothing is known about it. The reason for that is again the same - the actor was not interested in revealing intimate details about his love life.

Kind of disappointed that this vid is a year old and all this is from a decade ago. I feel like Luke should have been married by now or at least not as uptight about boyfriends. Luke Evans hop from boyfriend to boyfriend every couple years. Often all we get is the occasional paparazzi photo but we know he’s dating.
