My family got involved with law study 26 years ago after hearing of a family being railroaded by their local community... we donated to support their needs, we studied the laws related to their issues, and ultimately we helped them recover from their ordeal while their aggressors were removed from their offices... DUE DILIGENCE is required!!! The person should know that your not that uneducated that you would not sale items without being legal. People got to get their nose in every thing. Funny story, a few years ago I was living in a city on a corner lot. I put a garden and greenhouse on the side yard because there was no room in the back yard. My jerk neighbor called the city to come out, they gave me a violation for having a green house on a road facing yard. I ended up going to the city council meeting and showed pictures of my yard and green house and all of the city council members loved it!! They couldn’t believe I got a violation and the city manager said he was changing the ordnance to allow greenhouses. A couple days later, I got a call from a reporter at our local newspaper. She loved the story and asked if she could come interview me. She came took pictures of my garden and I told her the story. I ended up on the front page of our local newspaper with the title “A Win for Green Thumbs!” It was amazing, a perfect slap in the face for that grouchy old neighbor who didn’t like my greenhouse. Dig those heels in! The good will always win in the end.
It is a shame when some people are so petty and spiteful! They have nothing better to do with their time than to make trouble where NONE is needed. So sorry for all of the BS that some azzhat is doing to you.

It happened to us moving to Tennessee from Indiana. A neighboring property tried to claim part of our property. I gathered all the title work for our property and all the previous owners back 100 years. We won! All the other property owners are great, keep to themselves. It’s tough moving to a place and know no one.
I'm glad you guys stuck with your gut. Our HOA has called like every city/ county service they could . At first I was so frustrated but when I was able to calm down and realize, like you said they are just the middle man it changed the game for us and them. Our HOA doesn't like us still but the city leaves us alone

We had the same issue on our homestead. A farm about a mile up the road called the state health department to try to shut us down. Not only did it not work, it helped our business thrive, and that farm actually ended up getting shut down. Karma at its best! We are now in the process of moving from Massachusetts to Maine to expand our homestead, and that lady is still trying to harm our business. She spread a rumor that we were shut down, so I made a video on my channel to set the record straight. It's pretty sad that people can't just mind their business. Jealousy is definitely a big thing! Glad everything is working out for you.
The "Roosevelts" of this world believe in "karma". They believe in indirectly "telling you".. Through comedy especially....so bad things do not be fall them. ....or they are not to be held accountable. They do most of their damage through corrupt lawsuits too. Believe in God- know them by their fruits. And let God handle the revenge... whatever it may be.
I grew up in Newfoundland where we grew our own food, hunted for meat, fish, picked wild berries, raised tame animals for food, chickens and ducks for food and eggs, etc. I really missed that way of life. We still shopped in grocery stores, but most of our food was from the land and sea.
We love Mr. Mack & Mrs. Patti too they have become really good friends of ours too. We met them and y’all that same year at Deep South. Love all our homestead community friends and family. And people with spite never win. This is so awful for anyone to do such things. Love y’all. One day we pray we can visit soon.

KY here. As far as I know there is no law against raw milk sales in KY. Human consumption or otherwise. There isn't a law against or for it, no law at all. From what I understand it is a gray area. If someone could point me toward information that says otherwise I'll gladly see it because I can't find it!
I don’t know if you watch Deep south Homestead but Danny said one time that we have to realize there are evil people in the world that want to do us harm. Most of us don’t think that way so we assume everybody wants to be cordial. After letting that sink in for a while it has helped me deal with people that want to inflict harm. You guys go! Our locally owned big grocery store even carries milk, cheese, meat and produce from local suppliers within a 10 mile radius, including corn grown by a 17 year old FFA student that had 2 acres of corn to sell. Agree 100% our country is going through a massive change and what you are doing will be easier and will be on a much more massive scale. Grocery stores will not be as they are today. We are going back to the days of growing food and supplying it to the people. Keep growing and farming.

I moved to rural Kentucky in 2019 from New Jersey. The day after I moved her my neighbor showed his sinister cards. He and his family has been a nightmare since trying to steal a portion of my property, spreading rumors. There has been noise campaigns, harassment, trespassing, animal theft, like you, and the intentional shooting of one of my cats. I have sent Cease and Desist letters to these neighbors who feel entitled to what others have. Jealousy in an infection of heart and soul.

I don’t know if you watch Deep south Homestead but Danny said one time that we have to realize there are evil people in the world that want to do us harm. Most of us don’t think that way so we assume everybody wants to be cordial. After letting that sink in for a while it has helped me deal with people that want to inflict harm. You guys go! I had commented on your fb post about my small community and how they encourage and support local growers. Our locally owned big grocery store even carries milk, cheese, meat and produce from local suppliers within a 10 mile radius, including corn grown by a 17 year old FFA student that had 2 acres of corn to sell. I really hate that y'all are dealing with such hateful jealous people. Thank you for this video. We are in NC and just getting started with all the laws and regulations and hoops to jump through so that we can open our store front. You guys helped remind us why we're doing this and to keep pushing forward.

I am so sorry you are being treated that way. My husband had issues with some people who worked under him ... they tried their best to get him fired or in trouble.. The good thing is he did a paper trail for everything he did.. never let one thing slip by.. He finally told the people... I was here before you got here.. I am still here now, and I will be here after you are long gone... .. and he was ! They are long gone ! The truth will set you free... Stand up for what is right and decent .. and never lower yourself or your standards for anyone !!! God Bless !

Jealousy is a terrible thing. Can you imagine living in their heads? They are obviously miserable people. I feel bad for anyone trying to dull your shine, because they will fail every single time!
Agree 100% our country is going through a massive change and what you are doing will be easier and will be on a much more massive scale. Grocery stores will not be as they are today. We are going back to the days of growing food and supplying it to the people. Keep growing and farming.

You handled the issue with the Health Dept beautifully. Some of these folks can have a power complex and throw their weight around. We know firsthand. Others are professional and though they are by-the-book, they are reasonable.

I moved to rural Kentucky in 2019 from New Jersey. The day after I moved her my neighbor showed his sinister cards. He and his family has been a nightmare since trying to steal a portion of my property, spreading rumors. There has been noise campaigns, harassment, trespassing, animal theft, like you, and the intentional shooting of one of my cats. I have sent Cease and Desist letters to these neighbors who feel entitled to what others have. Jealousy in an infection of heart and soul.
I love your family!! Jealousy never wins and I do believe in karma and they will get theirs. You guys are A strong hard-working family with an incredible backing. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!People don’t like to see success and others if they can achieve themselves. Unfortunately that’s their downfall and it’s going to make you work harder and smarter. So again thank you 😊 I am going to dig my heels in, sorry forgot to say I am a Nurse, the work is so hard sometimes and for this person of power to be this way can make it so bad.
But I am there for the elderly, I have always take care of them since I became a Nurse, in my twenties and I am 63 with RA and OA. So still able to take care of them means so much to me.
